  • What do we sell?
    • We offer our complete Home Player package which also includes access to our premium TV Box channel and app, this package is the most recommended. You can also subscribe directly to our app. With this app you’ll be able to access from 300+ to 800+ Live TV Channels, as well as on demand movies and TV series.
  • Can I use my subscription on multiple players/boxes?
    • You can add as many devices as you like per subscription, for an additional fee per device (player/box).
  • How will my Device be activated?
    • In the event you are acquiring the Channel app only, our instructions will guide you step by step while adding the Channel app to your Device. This step is NOT required for those who buy the complete package. Afterwards, we will activate you remotely.
  • Do you make recurring charges to credit cards?
    • No. For security reasons, payments have to be made manually after your subscription comes to an end.
  • How do I renew my subscription?
    • Our subscription is contract free. Once your service expires, we will remind you via email and Phone Text to renew your service. Simply make a payment using your same email address. We will remotely activate you. Keep in mind that you can subscribe for as many months as you would like at a time.
